The ceremony was held in the back plaza and Arioso Stings provided music for
them. They always do such an amazing
job!!
After the ceremony, the 140 guests made their way inside for
cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres and to check out the art exhibits. During the cocktail hour I had a mix of
standards, classic soul and classic rock playing. After pics were taken by Martha and Adrienne
from F8 Photo Studios, I lined the wedding
party up for intros with Morgan from the Museum. I introduced them to “Can’t
Stop The Feeling” and they came in to loud applause. Laura & Dayton entered to “On Top Of The
World” by Imagine Dragons and their pastor blessed the meal. The wedding party joined everyone at the food
stations and I continued dinner music.
After dinner we had the Cinda’s Cake cutting to “How
Sweet It Is” by James Taylor followed by toasts. After a Short break, Laura and Dayton made
their way to the floor for their first dance to “Wonderful Tonight”. After that she danced with her Father to “The
Way You Look Tonight” and Dayton and his Mother to “My Wish”. I invited all the married couples to the
floor for an anniversary dance to “Remember When”. The winning couple were the Grandparents at
55 years married! So great!!
I opened the floor with “The Twist” and the energy went
through he roof instantly. The floor was
packed and guests were ready to dance the night away. For the next hour they danced to oldies, a
couple line dances, top 40 and even some 80’s & 90’s. We paused for a bouquet toss to “Run The
World” by Beyonce and garter toss to “Another One Bites The Dust”.
We ended the night with “Sweet Caroline” and finally “My
Girl” before a glow sticks exit. What a
fun night and I’m so glad I was able to celebrate my birthday with you Laura
& Dayton! Congratulations to you
both.
Randy did a perfect job from start to finish! We could not have been happier with his great work! In addition to his outstanding professionalism, super nice guy personality, complete focus on his excellent work, it was his birthday and we were honored that he took his time on our daughter's wedding day to perform flawlessly!
